Our ambition

More than a job, a career; we commit to supporting our employees’ development.​ We take action to provide a safe and empowering work-life for all our employees.​ We take action to make a positive impact by acting locally where we operate to support education as a priority and collaborating with local authorities to create partnerships that link to employment, e.g. Lyreco for Education (LFE).​ By 2026, we aim to be seen as a great workplace with 90% of our employees proud to work for Lyreco.​
