10% Supplier Sustainability Assessment average mark increases by 10% per year. October 2018: objective reviewed from 10 to 5% (based on more demanding criteria) – See p. 32 for more details. 100% of the factories producing Lyreco products in the developing countries are subject to social and environmental audits
